Terrible service. They had my friend waiting for hours after they told her it would just be an hour. She told them she'd be waiting for her pet. She sat in the waiting room for 4-5 hours and when they brought her pet out tried tackling on a boarding fee. After she told them NO she was waiting for her pet! Do not recommend! Only worried about making money off ppl who are genuinely concerned about their pets knowing they'll pay whatever. Find a vet that actually cares more about the animals than charging people astronomical fees.

I NEVER write reviews in fact, I’ve only done 2 in my life! I felt like I needed to on this, and I say this as politely but direct as possible. I got there at 10:30 am with my hedgehog who is VERY sweet and anyone can handle her! She is legit a complete angel- she had swelling of two masses on her neck and I wanted them to do an exam etc. they came out with this originally. 718 dollars!!!!!! They wanted to put her under anesthesia and sedation ( i KNEW she wasn’t going to need that). I called one of my friends and she had agreed it was ridiculous and that it was insane to tell them flat out (I’m too nice and was trying to be understanding). They asked if I wanted to board her for the day, I said no thank you- they said “ok it will be an hour”. I left at 343 pm!!!!!!!!!!!! NO ONE talked to me the whole time and I was extremely nice and still let it slide. I go to check out and they STILL tried to charge me the boarding fee. I at that point was FUMING after an all day event of one them trying to charge me that quote then the sequence of events. The bill came out to be 360.30 cents which was doable but insane considering that was just for a exam and two x rays. The girl looked annoyed That I was upset and is directly said put yourself in proper position how would you feel? I was very very upset! 😢 the vet is a total sweetie I know he means well love him! But they definitely need to figure out price rates for concerned owners and it’s refreshing to see it’s not just me who was feeling like it was ridiculous.

I bring our rabbit and cats here and have had very positive experiences each time!! The staff is so nice and they really do a great job! It’s hard to find a vet to treat rabbits. The other ones in the area were far more expensive. PPEAH really did a great job with our bunny’s spay as well as any care we have needed since. We have also brought our elderly cat in. Again, same wonderful experience! They do a really wonderful job of trying to explain costs BEFORE the appointment. They do their best to avoid surprise bills. Highly recommend!! My one and only complaint is that their call quality can be poor. About 50% of the time when I call I have to call back because I can’t hear the receptionist. Otherwise 5 stars all around!!

Overpriced, slow, and you don't even get to go back with your pet and be able to speak to the veterinarian. You have zero oversight about what they are doing to your pet, how they are handling it and how it is being treated. Of course they came out with an overpriced estimate after 10 minutes and when I said I wanted to speak to the vet before making a decision on what actions I want them to take, it took over an hour for me to speak anyone. There was one person besides me in the office, so it was not busy and crowded. The part that bothered me most was not being able to sit in on the observation of my animal, which I've never experienced at a vet before. I suggest the office reevaluates their practices.
