Pookie came to them 4 years ago, and it has been a ride. We got him from the animal shelter and they have been nothing but extraordinary to me n him. 😇

I was able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours, which was very responsive compared to other vets in Mount Vernon. Dr. Miller & Dr. Owel were professional and kind via phone. They both carefully explained the diagnosis, processes, and treatment. I like that they emailed me the medical documents after the visit. This vet office is organized, responsive to customer care, and time-efficient. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking a caring and careful vet. Their staff are very helpful and courteous as well.
